8-5. Paper Type Selection in Microsoft Word

By using Printer Driver for Universal Print v4.4.0.0 or later, the paper type can be selected from “Page

Setup” in Microsoft Word.

Even if a user does not know which tray has the paper type that he or she would like to print on, the

expected paper type can be fed from the tray by selecting the paper type from “Page Setup” in

Microsoft Word.

8-6. Job Type

To select the Windows Login Name as the user ID, the EMF Spool option needs to disabled. When

using PS Driver for Universal Print v4.4.0.0 or later, the Windows Login Name can be selected as the

user ID regardless of the EMF spool setting.

 PS Driver for Universal Print v4.3.0.0 and earlier

The Windows Login Name cannot be selected as the user ID if the “Spool Data in EMF Format”

option is enabled.

 PS Driver for Universal Print v4.4.0.0 and later

The Windows Login Name can be selected as the user ID regardless of the “Spool Data in EMF

Format” option setting.
