Some Settings Cannot Be Inherited

When updating from v3.1.0.0 to v3.13.0.0 of the Printer Driver for Universal Print to v4.0.0.0 or later of

the Printer Driver for Universal Print by using the New Driver button, some settings cannot be

inherited.

PSErrorhandler, PSLanguageLevel, PSOutputOption, TrueTypeFont, Mirroring,

TrueTypeFont, DownLoad

NOTE: If the new driver package is customized to change the default setting, the values of this

customization will be applied when updating the driver. This is an irregular case. Basically, the value of

an older, customized driver package will be inherited. For details, please refer to the “6-2-2. New

Driver button support for do-it-yourself customized drivers” section.
