An SDF file can also be read into and edited in a spreadsheet,
for example Microsoft
Excel. The file contains the following

The fields at the start of the SDF files [PB_ACCNT.SDF] are listed
separated by semicolons. All jobs are then listed after this,
including the respective field entries, again separated by
semicolons. The jobs are read according to the fields. The
individual fields have the following meaning:
Field Explanation
Account Account to which the job order is charged
CopyCount Number of job copies printed
CostCenter Cost center
Customer Customer for whom the job order is intended
Date Date of the print off
Distribution Information, who is to receive the job
EntryName Name of the entry in the character set
FilmPlottedArea Film area used in cm
